Specially designed, with your child in mind!
The design of Great Beginnings Child Care Centre is the outcome of careful consideration for the safety and interests of today’s children.
Our current capacity is 63 children -- 15 toddlers (1 teacher per 5 children), 24 junior preschoolers (1 teacher per 8 children) and 24 preschoolers (1 teacher per 8 children).
Our air-conditioned facilities are bright, clean and spacious, with a stimulating learning centre and a wide variety of well-organized activities for children ranging from 18 months to 5 years.
We offer three large classrooms, separate “sleep rooms” for toddlers and preschoolers, two spacious lunchrooms with a complete kitchen, an outdoor bike / play area, a brand new playground and a full gymnasium!
Because the Day Nursery Act requires children in a full daycare program to have two hours of outdoor play per day (weather permitting), we consider recreational facilities as especially important. In poor weather, our indoor gymnasium provides an ideal alternative, but this great facility also equips us to organize a wider variety of recreational activities for your child.
We also have separate washrooms for toddlers and preschoolers, with spacious, modern facilities.
We offer child care 52 weeks a year. Our weekday hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Great Beginnings Child Care Centre is licensed under the Day Care Nurseries Act through Community Services.
